Evan Ross graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002. Mr. Ross furthered his legal education at the University of Miami School of Law, receiving a Master’s degree (LL.M) in Estate Planning in 2003. Prior to receiving his Master’s degree, Mr. Ross was the recipient of the prestigious Phillip E. Heckerling Scholarship award. While at the University of Miami School of Law, he served as a member of the University of Miami Law Review.
Mr. Ross was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida in 2002, the State of New Jersey in 2003, and the State of New York in 2004. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Before his admission, Mr. Ross served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Barry L. Garber of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Ross has secured millions of dollars for his injured clients over the years representing them in medical malpractice matters, motor vehicle accidents, trip and fall cases, and workplace related accidents.
